Early registration closes at 4pm CST Wednesday June 3. Any registrations received after that time will be charged a $50 late fee.
We will have the Friday night Reception and the Saturday night Banquet at the track. The weather should be great for outdoor cookouts and good times. We have blocked rooms at three hotels in the area. First choice is the Comfort Suites. The block is held under NARRA at a rate of $89.95. Call 269-639-2014 before May 3. The track will open at 4pm on Thursday. The track charges for camping as follows: $5 per person per night. Hookups are $20 for each 24 hour period. The gates will close at 7pm on Sunday.
All driver’s, except the racers will need to print the Tech Sheet from our website and have the sheet checked off by your mechanic and bring the completed sheet to the track.The completed sheet will be given to our Tech and he will verify and classify your car. Racers will be teched by Archer Racing, no sheet required.
ALL drivers, including racers will need to check in at Registration to pick up your NARRA packet. Registration will be located at the NARRA hauler, near Archer Racing.
Friday’s schedule begins at 8am with the Race group. The sessions are every 30 minutes and alternate between Racers and Challenge. Friday is available for all intermediate and advanced drivers for $395.
Saturday: Drive arounds are from 7am-745am. Driver’s meeting is 8a-825a. Race Practice is 8a-825a. White group (advanced) 830a-855a. Green (Novice) classroom 830a-915a. Blue (intermediate) 9a-925a. Green 930a-10a.
Sunday’s schedule is a little different because of the required "quiet time" in the morning. I will email each entrant an excel spreadsheet of each day’s schedule.
